Tips and reminders for the registration process:

  • Available dates and sessions display only after selecting your desired program type.
  • Each slot listed under each date is for ONE crew.
  • Multiple crews coming on the same date may be entered on the same reservation; simply select the number of desired slots on the preferred date.
  • A $350 deposit will be required for each slot taken.
  • Sending crews on more than one date? You must complete a separate registration for each additional date.

 

► NOTE FOR OKPIK WINTER ADVENTURE:

  • All Okpik Winter Adventure programs are held between January 3rd and March 5th, 2028.
  • Okpik Winter Adventure program allows for a crew of 6–8 participants or a crew of 9–11 participants.
  • You can choose Cabin Stay vs Camping Stay
  • Cabin Stay permits participants under 14. However, it is not eligible for the Triple Crown or Grand Slam Award.
  • You are able to select your own dates for arrival and departure. Peak and Off-Peak pricing will apply based on the dates selected.
  • Okpik Winter Adventure is not a dogsled program. You may have the chance to interact with sled dogs if your trek overlaps a weekend, but it's not guaranteed.

Small Crew $1,523/night; Large Crew $2,095/night.

  • Step 3: Select Crew Size and Program Type
  • Step 4: Indicate Number of Crews
  • Step 5: Verify/Edit Registration Info
  • Step 6: Pay deposit of $350 per crew
  • Step 7: Confirmation Email
