Tips and reminders for the registration process:

• You will have 5 minutes to complete your registration and deposit payment and secure your reservation. Be Prepared!
• Available dates and sessions display only after selecting your desired program type.
• Each slot listed under each date is for ONE crew.
• Multiple crews coming on the same date may be entered on the same reservation. Select the number of desired slots on the preferred date.
• A $350 deposit will be required for each slot taken.
• Sending crews on more than one date? You must complete a separate registration for each additional date.

 

► NOTE FOR HOLIDAY STAY:

• All Holiday Stay treks are 5-nights total and start on December 27^th or 29^th, 2027
• Holiday Stay programs crew sizes default to a large crew of 9-11 participants.
• If you are bringing a smaller crew, you can downsize to a small crew of 6-8 participants.
• You can choose Cabin Stay vs Camping Stay
• Cabin Stay can have participants under 14. However, it is not eligible for the Triple Crown or Grand Slam award.
• Holiday Stay is not a dogsled program. Dogs will be on base during your stay that you can interact with, but your primary program will not involve dogs.

• Step 2: Find the desired date and click the number of slots/crews
• Step 3: Registration Contact Information
• Step 4: Answer Follow-Up Questions (Cabin Stay vs. Camping; Downsize to Small Crew of 6-8; etc.)
• Step 5: Verify/Edit Registration Info
• Step 6: Pay deposit(s)
• Step 7: Receive Confirmation Email
