Here are some important tips and reminders for the registration process:

  • You will have 20 minutes to complete your registration and deposit payment to secure your reservation. Be Prepared!
  • Multiple crews arriving/departing on the same date may be entered on the same reservation by selecting the corresponding number of crews. (A $350 deposit will be required for each crew on this registration.)
  • If sending crews on more than one date, a separate registration is required for each additional date. (Pro Tip: Have a helper register one crew while you register the other one at the same time.)

 

► NOTE FOR OKPIK WINTER ADVENTURE:

  • All Okpik Winter Adventure program are in 2027 between January 7th and March 9th.
  • Okpik Winter Adventure program allows for a crew of 6-8 participants or a crew of 9-11 participants.
  • You can choose Cabin Stay or Camping Stay
  • Cabin Stay permits participants under 14; however, it is not eligible for the Triple Crown or Grand Slam Award
  • This is not a dogsled program. There may be dogs on base during your stay, but it is not guaranteed.
 

STEPS:  Here are the steps to complete the entire process.  Please have your information, dates, and payment method ready to ensure a seamless registration.

  • Step 2:  Select Adventure Date
  • Step 3:  Select Crew Size and Program Type
  • Step 4:  Indicate Number of Crews
  • Step 5:  Verify/Edit Registration Info
  • Step 6:  Pay Deposit(s)
  • Step 7:  Confirmation Email
 
IMPORTANT: Your registration is not valid until you have completed the registration process, paid a $350 deposit per crew, and received a confirmation email.
