PAYMENT SCHEDULE
 
  • January 12, 2026 -- $1,500 Participants / $750 IST ($300 is non-refundable for all)
  • April 13, 2026 -- $1,500 Participants / $750 IST
  • September 14, 2026 - $1,500 Participants / $750 IST
  • January 11, 2027 -- $1,500 Participants / $750 IST
  • March 15, 2027 -- Any remaining balance is due in full. 
 
Payments are due on the scheduled dates noted above.
 
 
REFUND POLICY: Beginning September 15, 2026, the non-refundable amount will be equal to the most recent payments due to date as reflected on the PAYMENT SCHEDULE (shown above).
 
► Until September 4, 2026, the non-refundable amount is $300. 
 
► September 5–14, 2026, the non-refundable amount is $400.
 
► For example, the amount due on September 14th for participants is $4,500. So, if you cancel between September 15, 2026 – January 10, 2027, then $4,500 will be non-refundable. 
 
► However, if you must cancel, every effort will be made to refund any available funds. The amount to be refunded will based upon several factors, primarily whether a replacement attendee can be found and other financial commitments made on your behalf that cannot be transferred.
