Holiday Stay & Dog Program Registration

Here are some important tips and reminders for the registration process:

  • You will have 20 minutesto complete your deposit payment and secure your reservation.  Be Prepared!
  • Available dates and sessions display only after selecting desired program type.
  • Each spot listed under each date is for ONE crew.
  • Multiple crews coming on the same date may be entered on the same reservation.  Simply select the number of desired spots on the preferred date.  (A $350 deposit will be required for each spot taken.)
  • If sending crews on more than one date, a separate registration is required for that additional date.  (Pro tip:  Have a helper register one crew while you register the other one at the same time.)

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Holiday Stay programs crew sizes default to 9 - 11 participants.

If bringing a smaller crew, you can downsize to a crew of 6-8.

You can choose Cabin Stay vs. Camping Stay

  • ALL Dog Programs are for a crew size of 6-7.
  • “Build Your Adventure” allows you to select your own dates.  Peak and Off-Peak pricing will apply based on dates selected.

Peak Dates:  1/3 – 1/21; 2/13 – 2/18

  • Small Crew $1,650/night; Large Crew $2,270/night.

Off Peak Dates:  1/22 - 2/12; 2/19 – 3/5

  • Small Crew $1,450/night; Large Crew $1,995/night.
  • Only register for spots you want/need.  Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

IMPORTANT: Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process and paid a $350 deposit per crew along with receiving a confirmation email.

 

STEPS:  Here are the steps to complete the entire process.  Please have your information, dates, and payment method ready to ensure a seamless registration. 

  • Step 1:  Pick program type
  • Step 2:  Find date desired and click number of spots/crews. 
  • Step 3:  Registration Contact Information
  • Step 4:  Answer Follow Up Questions (Cabin Stay vs. Camping; Downsize to Small Crew of 6-8; etc.)
  • Step 5:  Verify/Edit Registration Info
  • Step 6:  Pay deposit(s)
  • Step 7: Confirmation Email
